As a Tender Executive specializing in Medical Devices and IVD Products with expertise in GEM, you will play a pivotal role in securing and managing government tender contracts. Your extensive knowledge of GEM procedures and your ability to navigate the intricacies of the public procurement process will be essential in ensuring successful tender submissions and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

• GEM EXPERTISE:
• Possess a deep understanding of GEM guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest GEM regulations and amendments.
• Utilize GEM portals efficiently for tender registration, submission, and documentation.
• TENDER MANAGEMENT:
• Identify and evaluate GEM tender opportunities related to medical devices and IVD products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
• Ensure compliance with GEM requirements and deadlines.
• PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT:
• Prepare comprehensive and GEM-compliant tender documents and proposals.
• Customize proposals to align with specific GEM tender guidelines.
• Highlight the advantages and suitability of our products for government healthcare projects.
• CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and procurement authorities.
• Provide prompt responses to government inquiries and concerns.
• Act as a liaison between the company and government agencies, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
• SALES TARGET ACHIEVEMENT:
• Work towards and exceed sales targets within the public sector.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales opportunities through GEM.
• Participate in pricing negotiations and contract discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience in tender management, sales, or business development in the medical devices or IVD industry, with a strong focus on GEM.
• In-depth knowledge of GEM policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and GEM portals.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
