Company: Our client is a well-known global financial institution that is hiring a new Senior Director level position based in New Delhi. Role: Reporting to the Global Head of Government Relations, you will be responsible for strategic planning and engagement of various government channels that will enhance business goals. These include ministries, regulators, authorities at the federal, provincial and central bank levels. You will be responsible for ongoing monitoring and analysis of proposed legislation, emerging issues and trends to determine the political impact on the company. You will also collaborate with internal departments as well as external industry groups and other organizations on complementary objectives to expand business growth. Requirements:
  • A Bachelor\'s degree or higher, in Politics, International Affairs, Legal, or Communications
  • A minimum of 10-15 years\' experience in government relations, public policy or similar function from within an in-house corporate or government affairs consultancy
  • Financial services expertise and solid knowledge of the government and legal landscape in India
  • Work experience within an MNC environment
