Governance and Continuous Improvement Manager

Principal responsibilities
Support delivery of various key P&R activities such as reporting and analytics for the HSBC Group / Global Businesses or Functions.
Support preparation and completion of critical dashboards / reports for Group and regional P&R specialist teams. Understand the data needs and utilise HSBC systems to consolidate all the P&R services data required and complete relevant reports/analytics.
Deep dive with data to analyze SLAs, NPS score. Understand and draw insight-based analysis to improve metrics.
Work with key stakeholders to prepare, analyse, present meaningful reporting that drives effective and meaningful business insights through the data points.
Communicate complex problems and data analysis to key decision makers in a simple, articulate manner using appropriate tools and visualisation.
Extract reports from multiple sources and convert raw data into presentable, digestible, and actionable recommendations and insights.
Maintain high data integrity that can be relied upon to make informed business decisions, by working with other members of the HR COEs like HR Reporting, HRBPs, Delivery Services etc to improve data accuracy within the internal systems.
Ensure data maintenance and accuracy of databases, according to the Group Performance and Reward architecture.
Update Issues, Controls & Actions and maintain Helios system.
Understand and execute the Off-cycle & On-Cycle audits.
Create, improve, and automate standard reports and develop new reports.
Exhibit ownership of own work and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Build professional relationships with colleagues in Performance & Reward function, HRBPs, Business area across countries, regions, and global teams
Requirements :
Bachelor or masters in HR/ relevant experience
At least 3-4 years' experience in governance/risk-based activities, data analysis and reporting in case management.
Experience of working in HR function and understanding of P&R, Benefits & Global mobility processes.
Experience in MS Excel & Power point
Experience in complex data analysis in Case management and experience of working with analytical tools.
Understand business needs and objectives.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving skills, clarity of thought and expression, consultative approach.
Ability to perform in high-pressure environment should be effective in a flexible work environment.
What additional skills will be good to have? Exposure in working with multi-countries-based teams.
Ability to work well independently in a high paced environment.
Relationship Management; ability to navigate through complex, matrix organizations
Strong consulting, research, customer service, problem-solving and organizational skills.
