Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute gourmet recipes for mithai and chocolates.
Innovate with fusion flavors, textures, and designs.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion control.
Source and use high-quality ingredients.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Train and guide junior staff on recipes and presentation.
Stay updated with global dessert trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef specializing in desserts, mithai, or chocolates.
Strong knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and culinary techniques.
Creativity in recipe development and presentation.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Attention to detail and passion for premium culinary experiences.
