About the internship
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Google/Meta Ads specialist intern (Min 1 year of experience) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). You will play a crucial role in driving significant growth and ROI for our business by optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign performance to maximize results.
Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitor and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns daily
2. Analyze campaign performance data and identify areas for improvement
3. A/B test ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies
4. Make necessary adjustments to campaigns based on performance data
5. Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to stakeholders
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads platform updates and best practices
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution
8. Research and identify new trends and opportunities in digital advertising
9. Attend industry events and webinars to stay abreast of the latest developments

Other requirements
1. Proven experience (Min 1 year) in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and paid advertising best practices
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights
4. Experience with Google Analytics and other data analysis tools
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Highly organized and detail-oriented
8. A passion for data and a results-driven approach
9. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)
10. Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications (a plus)
