We are looking for a motivated

Google Search Ads Expert

to join our performance marketing team. This role is open to

freshers eager to start a career in paid search advertising

and

experienced professionals

who can independently manage and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns. Training and mentorship will be provided to freshers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, creating, and managing Google Search Ads campaigns Perform keyword research and search term analysis Write and optimize ad copies and ad extensions Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and Quality Score Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Ads and Google Analytics Conduct A/B testing for ads and keywords Prepare campaign performance reports and insights Stay updated with Google Ads policies, tools, and best practices
Eligibility & Qualifications

Fresher or up to 5 years of experience in Google Search Ads / PPC Basic understanding of Google Ads and paid search concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and reporting skills Willingness to learn and grow in performance marketing
Skills Required

Google Search Ads (mandatory) Keyword research and ad copywriting Google Analytics / GA4 (basic knowledge for freshers) MS Excel / Google Sheets Attention to detail and time management
Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Google Ads Search Certification Internship or project experience (for freshers) Experience with lead generation or eCommerce campaigns Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
