We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Google My Business (GMB) Listing Expert

to manage, optimize, and improve local business listings on Google. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GMB setup, optimization, and ongoing management to help businesses improve local visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Create, verify, and manage Google My Business listings for multiple clients Optimize GMB profiles including business information, categories, descriptions, images, and services Ensure accuracy and consistency of business details (NAP: Name, Address, Phone) Manage GMB posts, updates, offers, and announcements Monitor and respond to customer reviews and Q&A professionally Resolve listing issues such as suspensions, duplicates, or verification problems Track GMB performance and provide basic insights or reports Stay updated with Google local search and GMB policy changes
Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

6 months of experience

working with Google My Business listings Strong understanding of local SEO and GMB best practices Experience handling GMB verification and reinstatement processes Ability to manage multiple listings with attention to detail Good written communication skills for posts and review responses Familiarity with basic reporting and performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a digital marketing or SEO agency Knowledge of local SEO tools and citation management Experience managing GMB listings for multiple locations or industries
