Job Summary
:
Shamoor Media Group is looking for an experienced Google & Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in campaign management, and the ability to handle client communication effectively.
Key Responsibilities
:
Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
Develop effective strategies to achieve campaign objectives (leads, sales, reach, engagement, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports and insights.
Handle budget allocation, optimization, and pacing to maximize ROI.
Coordinate and communicate with clients to understand requirements and deliver expected results.
Work closely with internal teams to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
Manage multiple campaigns and ensure timely execution.
Lead and support team members when required.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in Google & Meta Ads.
Agency experience preferred

Strong knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and audience targeting.
Good understanding of analytics tools and performance metrics.
Excellent client communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong team-handling skills will be an added advantage.
