to join our in-house marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) to generate quality leads and boost brand visibility.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, creative, and passionate about paid media and data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Setup
Develop and implement paid advertising strategies to meet lead generation and branding goals.
Conduct market and keyword research to identify targeting opportunities.
Set up campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Business Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
Execution & Management:
Manage all aspects of Google and Meta campaigns: targeting, bidding, budget allocation, ad creation, and scheduling.
Optimize campaigns regularly based on KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPA, and lead quality.
Coordinate with the design team to create high converting ad creatives and landing pages.

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and data driven recommendations.
A/B test ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages for continuous improvement.
Requirements
3-5+ years of hands on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
