We are looking for a

results-driven Meta & Google Ads Expert

with

2+ years of hands-on experience

in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in

lead generation and eCommerce businesses (B2B & B2C)

and should be comfortable handling

international clients and projects

in a fast-paced

digital marketing agency

environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, manage, and optimize

Google Ads campaigns

including: Search Shopping Display Performance Max (PMax) Manage and scale

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

campaigns Handle paid campaigns for

Lead Generation and eCommerce (B2B & B2C)

clients Manage and optimize international ad accounts and projects Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing Track and optimize KPIs such as

ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversions, and revenue

Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and daily performance monitoring Set up and manage

conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager

Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports Coordinate with creative, content, and strategy teams Stay updated with platform updates, policies, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience

in: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max) Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Proven experience in

Lead Generation and eCommerce campaigns

(B2B & B2C)

Mandatory experience working with a Digital Marketing Agency

Experience managing

international clients or global projects

Strong knowledge of funnel strategies and performance marketing Hands-on experience with

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

Ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
