Job Overview

We're looking for a

Google Media Buyer

with

6 months to 3 years of experience

(or a strong interest in Google Ads) to join our performance marketing team.
You'll assist in

planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid ad campaigns

on Google Ads -- and grow under the guidance of senior media buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Create, launch, and manage

Google Ads campaigns

(Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, etc.) Monitor and analyze key metrics such as

CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS

, and

conversion rates

Conduct

keyword research

,

audience targeting

, and

competitor analysis

Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages Assist in

budget management

,

bid optimization

, and

campaign scaling

Test and optimize ad copies, creatives, and targeting strategies for better performance Stay updated on

Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices

Participate in

weekly reviews and brainstorming sessions

Qualifications / Requirements

6 months to 3 years

of experience or internship exposure in Google Ads Basic understanding of

Google Ads fundamentals

and campaign structure Strong

analytical and data interpretation

skills Proficiency in

Excel / Google Sheets

(formulas, pivot tables, etc.) Excellent

communication skills

- written and verbal Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
