Key Responsibilities
Optimize Google Business Profile listings to improve Google Maps rankings
Implement local SEO strategies for better local search visibility
Update and maintain accurate business information (NAP, hours, services, photos)
Publish regular posts, updates, and images
Monitor and respond to customer reviews
Identify and resolve listing issues such as verification, duplicates, and suspensions
Track ranking improvements and performance metrics
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 6 months experience
with Google Maps or Google Business Profile
Basic knowledge of local SEO ranking factors
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Good written communication skills
Ability to work
on-site
during business hours
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing multiple or bulk listings
Familiarity with local SEO tools
Experience handling reinstatement or support cases
