We are seeking a detail-oriented

Google Maps Listing & Optimization Executive

to manage, optimise, and maintain business listings on Google Maps and Google Business Profile. The role focuses on improving local visibility, ensuring listing accuracy, and implementing best practices to enhance search presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Create, verify, and manage Google Business Profile and Google Maps listings Optimise listings with accurate business information, categories, descriptions, images, and updates Monitor and resolve listing issues such as suspensions, duplicates, or verification problems Manage business information updates, service areas, and attributes Track listing performance and basic local visibility metrics Coordinate with internal teams to gather required business details Respond to and manage customer reviews in line with brand guidelines Ensure compliance with Google Business Profile policies Maintain organised records of listings and optimisation activities
Required Skills

Good understanding of Google Maps and Google Business Profile Attention to detail and data accuracy Basic knowledge of local search and listing optimisation Strong written communication skills Ability to follow processes and guidelines
Experience and Qualifications

Minimum

6 months to 2 years of experience

managing Google Maps or Google Business Profile listings Graduate in any discipline
Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in local listing management for multiple locations Familiarity with Google Business Profile insights and reporting Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
