Key Responsibilities
Optimize and manage Google Maps / Google Business Profile listings
Improve local rankings and visibility on Google Maps
Update business information (name, address, phone, hours, services, photos)
Publish regular posts, updates, and images
Monitor and respond to customer reviews
Identify and resolve listing issues (verification, duplicates, edits)
Track listing performance and growth metrics
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 6 months experience
with Google Maps or Google Business Profile
Basic understanding of local SEO
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good written communication skills
Ability to work
on-site
during business hours
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing multiple business listings
Familiarity with local SEO tools
Experience handling reinstatement or support cases
