Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Google Maps Business Listing Executive to manage, update, and support business listings on Google Maps and Google Business Profile. This role is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates who are interested in working with local business listings and online visibility management.

Key Responsibilities

Create, verify, and manage business listings on Google Maps / Google Business Profile. Update business information including name, address, phone number, hours, and categories. Ensure listing accuracy and compliance with Google guidelines. Handle listing edits, reinstatements, and basic issue resolution. Coordinate with internal teams or clients for required business details. Monitor listing status and report issues or updates. Maintain proper documentation and records of listings handled.
Requirements

Freshers:

Basic understanding of Google Maps and online business listings.

Experienced:

6 months to 2 years of experience managing Google Maps or Google Business Profile listings. Attention to detail and ability to follow processes. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to learn and handle repetitive tasks accurately.
Preferred Skills

Experience with local business listings or directory management. Knowledge of Google Business Profile guidelines. Experience handling verification or reinstatement cases.
