Your Role

We are hiring experienced GKE Lead with 6 to 9 years of expertise in containerization, Kubernetes (GKE), and cloud-native architecture for PAN India. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

services and

Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)

and with a proven track record in designing secure, scalable container platforms for enterprise workloads.




+ Design, deploy, and manage GKE clusters for enterprise applications
+ Implement monitoring and alerting for GKE clusters using tools such as Prometheus; Stackdriver; or Grafana.
+ Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with GKE services; including Autoscaler; Load Balancing; Networking; and IAM.
+ Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
+ Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
+ Collaborate with platform engineering teams on migration strategies and workload optimization.
+ Ensure compliance with security best practices and performance standards.
+ 6-9 years of experience in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
+ Strong proficiency in GCP services and Google Cloud architecture.
+ Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, and GitOps.
+ Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
+ Solid understanding of platform engineering, cloud migration strategies, and enterprise workload design.
+ Good to have GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Kubernetes Engineer) are a plus.
+ Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).

Your Profile

Expertise in designing and managing scalable, secure GKE clusters. Advanced knowledge of Dockerfile optimization, multi-stage builds, and image security. Proficiency in Terraform and Config Connector for automating GKE provisioning. Experience with Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Argo CD for automated deployments. Strong understanding of GCP networking, IAM, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL. Skills in VPC-native clusters, workload identity, network policies, and binary authorization. Implementation of GitOps workflows and DevOps automation for cloud-native applications.
