We're looking for a results-driven

SEO and Ads Specialist

to scale our digital presence, generate qualified leads, and help us reach more salons across India. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on performance marketing, data, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits. Optimize landing pages, blogs, and website structure for better rankings. Monitor and improve domain authority, backlinks, and page speed. Use tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc., to track progress.
Performance Ads (Google & Meta)

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels. Set up conversion tracking, custom audiences, and retargeting funnels. Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and continuously improve results. Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
Reporting & Analytics

Generate weekly/monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, GA4, and ad platform dashboards. Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

0.6+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and paid ads. Proven track record of lead generation and ROI-driven campaign management. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.). Solid understanding of website analytics and tracking (GA4, UTM, GTM). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
