Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage
performance marketing campaigns
across
Google Ads, Meta Ads
, and other paid media platforms.
Create and implement
multi-channel ad strategies
to drive conversions and lead generation.
Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for
CPL, CTR, and ROI
.
Conduct
A/B testing
on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve results.
Analyze campaign data and generate
weekly/monthly performance reports
.
Set up and maintain
conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics integrations
.
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop impactful ad creatives.
Stay updated on
platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in
performance marketing
or
paid media management
.
Proven hands-on experience with
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads Manager
.
Familiar with
LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads
, and other digital platforms.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Knowledge of
Google Analytics, Tag Manager
, and
campaign automation tools
.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
