Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on
Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, audience targeting, and bid optimization to maximize campaign performance
Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives
Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate
Implement tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Conversion API) and ensure accurate attribution
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices
Analyze competitor advertising strategies and market trends
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint is a plus
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns
Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, custom conversions
