Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and suggest data-driven improvements.
Assist in keyword research, audience targeting, and creative testing.
Work with marketplace ad platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for brand visibility and conversions.
Coordinate with the analytics team to prepare campaign performance reports.
Stay updated with latest trends, bidding strategies, and automation tools in digital ads.
Requirements
0.5-2 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
Good understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, ROI, and audience segmentation.
Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Basic familiarity with marketplace ads (Amazon, Flipkart) is a plus.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
