Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns
across
Google Ads (AdWords)
, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance
using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data analytics to ensure campaigns are meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams
to ensure cohesive campaign execution and consistency in messaging and branding.
Analyze campaign data
to generate insights and prepare
weekly/monthly performance reports
for stakeholders.
Conduct competitor and market analysis
to identify new opportunities and gaps for growth.
Optimize landing pages
and user funnels to maximize conversion rates and improve the overall user experience.
Requirements:
1-3 years of proven experience in
performance/digital marketing
in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads
, and
SEO tools
.
Experience in
budget management
and ROI tracking.
Proficiency in
conversion tracking

pixel implementation
, and
lead funnel optimization
.
Strong
