Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Google Ads Strategist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads. This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who are eager to build or grow their career in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, creating, and managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.). Perform keyword research and help structure campaigns and ad groups. Create and test ad copies to improve click-through and conversion rates. Monitor campaign performance and make optimization changes under guidance or independently. Track conversions and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and leads. Prepare basic performance reports and insights. Follow Google Ads policies and stay updated with platform changes. Coordinate with team members to meet campaign objectives.
Requirements

Freshers:

Basic understanding of Google Ads and SEM concepts; certification is a plus.

Experienced:

1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad optimization. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills

Google Ads Certification (Search or Display). Experience with lead generation campaigns. Understanding of landing page and quality score optimization.
