Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven

Google Ads Strategist

to help shape and guide the direction of our paid advertising campaigns. This role involves building ad strategies that align with business goals, improving campaign structure, and analyzing performance to drive better results. If you have hands-on experience with Google Ads and a sharp marketing mindset, we'd love to hear from you.

Practical knowledge and results matter more to us than certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and develop Google Ads strategies for Search, Display, Shopping, or YouTube campaigns. Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis. Work with campaign managers to guide campaign setup and ensure strategic alignment. Analyze campaign performance, optimize based on data, and suggest improvements. Help improve ad copy and landing page direction for better conversion rates. Generate reports with actionable insights and clear recommendations.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads. Solid understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structure. Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads interface, and Tag Manager. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy. Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

Experience with Performance Max, Google Ads, or remarketing. Familiarity with lead generation or ecommerce funnels. Basic knowledge of A/B testing or landing page optimization.
