Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage
Google Ads campaigns
(Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, Shopping).
Build and manage custom audience segments based on city, education level, and behavior.
Track and analyze key metrics including
CPC, CPA/CPConversion, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality Ratio
.
Prepare detailed
Excel reports
outlining daily/weekly/monthly performance--ad spend, leads generated, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
Create and edit creatives (banners, short videos) using
Canva, Photoshop
, or similar tools.
Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum lead generation at minimum cost.
Analyze campaign data using
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel dashboards
.
Collaborate with content, design, and admissions teams to enhance campaign impact.
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting decks for management review.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-8 years
of proven experience in
Google Ads and Digital Marketing
.
Strong knowledge of
Business Analytics, Excel reporting, and data interpretation
.
Advanced MS Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index-Match, Dashboard creation, automation formulas.
Experience in the
Education / Ed-Tech
industry is
mandatory
.
Hands-on expertise in
Canva, Photoshop
, or video editing tools.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
