A Google and Meta Ads Specialist plans, executes, and optimizes paid campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) platforms to drive conversions, leads, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management:
End-to-end creation, setup, and management of Google and Meta Ads campaigns.
2. Targeting & Strategy:
Develop audience segmentation, audience targeting, and keyword strategies.

Optimization:
Analyze, test, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
4. Creative Development:
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams for ad visuals.
5.
Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor key performance metrics and create performance reports to provide insights.
6. Budgeting:
Manage daily/monthly budgets and bid strategies.
7. Technical Implementation:
Set up conversion tracking, Meta Pixels, and Google Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications

. Must have Graduate Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

1-3 years of experience managing paid campaigns.

. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
