We are looking for a

PPC Executive

who is passionate about

performance marketing

and has hands-on experience managing and optimizing

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

and

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of campaign metrics, and the ability to achieve lead-generation and ROI goals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, manage, and optimize

Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

for multiple clients. Conduct

keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

. Manage

daily budgets, bid strategies, and ad placements

to maximize ROI. Track and analyze

campaign performance metrics

(CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Write and test

ad copies and creatives

for better engagement and conversions. Implement

conversion tracking and pixel setup

across platforms. Generate and present

weekly/monthly performance reports

to clients or management. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in

digital advertising

. Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creative development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience (1-3 years) in

Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management

. Strong knowledge of

Search, Display, Shopping, and Lead Generation campaigns

. Experience with

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel setup

. Good understanding of

conversion optimization and audience segmentation

. Proficiency in

Excel / Google Sheets

for reporting and data analysis. Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (preferred). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business, or a related field

. Additional certifications in

Digital Marketing / Google Ads / Meta Ads

will be an advantage.
