The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and has a deep understanding of paid media optimization. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling paid ad campaigns to drive measurable ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid media strategies across
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
and
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers for creatives tailored to platform best practices.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, GA4, etc.
Monitor performance daily, generate actionable insights, and adjust strategies in real-time.
Prepare detailed performance reports and present recommendations to clients/stakeholders.
Stay updated with platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms (GA4, Google Tag Manager).
Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Solid understanding of digital KPIs, attribution models, and remarketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns across various clients and industries.
