Esyacode Software is seeking a results-driven

Google Ads & SEO Expert

to support our digital marketing initiatives for

US-based clients

. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and organic search optimization. This role is fully remote and requires availability during

8 PM-11PM IST(flexible)

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Management:

Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping networks. Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and manage bid strategies to achieve maximum ROI. Monitor performance metrics, prepare analytical reports, and deliver actionable insights. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversions.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings. Perform keyword analysis, technical SEO audits, and competitor benchmarking. Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking to enhance search visibility. Build high-quality backlinks through ethical, white-hat SEO practices.

Analytics & Reporting:

Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other tools to track performance. Provide periodic performance reports with data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). 4-5 years of proven experience in

Google Ads and SEO

, ideally serving international or US-based clients. Google Ads Certification is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
