Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Google Ads and Meta Ads Executive

with a strong understanding of digital marketing, WordPress website management, and SEO strategies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), ensuring maximum ROI and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads Campaign Management

: Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping to drive quality traffic and conversions.

Meta Ads Management

: Plan and execute Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, utilizing targeting options and creative strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

WordPress Website Integration

: Manage and integrate Google Ads and Meta Ads features with WordPress websites, including setting up tracking pixels, ad placements, and ensuring seamless ad delivery.

SEO Optimization

: Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize landing pages and improve overall site ranking. Implement on-page SEO best practices and align ad strategies with organic growth.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

: Regularly monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and generate reports to present key metrics and growth opportunities.

Audience Targeting & Segmentation

: Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach ideal customer segments and optimize for lead generation and sales.

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience running

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

campaigns with a strong understanding of PPC strategies. Experience working with

WordPress

websites, including ad integration, plugin management, and user experience optimization. Strong knowledge of

SEO best practices

, keyword research, on-page optimization, and how they integrate with paid media strategies. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and projects.
