We are seeking a

Google ads specialist

who can take ownership of digital campaigns across

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google Ads

. The ideal candidate must have

excellent communication skills in English

, a

strategic and analytical mindset

, and a

passion for achieving high-quality leads and conversions

.

You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

performance marketing campaigns

on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media channels. Create

lead generation strategies

to drive quality traffic and conversions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing based on KPIs (CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS). Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad visuals and copies align with campaign goals. Communicate with clients to understand their objectives and provide regular performance reports. Stay updated on

digital marketing trends

, algorithms, and ad platform updates. Use

data insights

to improve ROI and propose new strategies for growth.

Requirements

1-3 years

of proven experience in Performance Marketing. Hands-on experience with

Meta Ads Manager

and

Google Ads

. Strong understanding of

conversion tracking, analytics tools, and retargeting strategies

. Excellent

communication and presentation skills

in English (client-facing role). High

logical thinking

, analytical ability, and attention to detail. Experience in

lead generation campaigns

is mandatory. Ability to

build brand presence

through strategic paid marketing. Willingness to

relocate to Kochi

(branch office).

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of

SEO, landing page optimization, and funnel building

. Experience with

CRM or marketing automation tools

Certification

in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is an advantage.
