Key Responsibilities
Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, reduce CPL and improve conversion rates.
Perform keyword research, A/B testing, competitor analysis & audience segmentation.
Monitor daily performance metrics and create weekly/monthly performance reports.
Manage landing page performance in collaboration with the web team.
Track conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager & other tracking tools.
Stay updated with the latest trends in Google Ads and performance marketing.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure best use of spending.
Required Skills
1-3 years hands-on experience in Google Ads management.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GTM, GSC, and related tools.
Experience in lead generation & performance marketing.
Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.
Strong communication & reporting skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
