Strategy & Planning
Create quarterly PPC roadmaps aligned with client goals.
Suggest multi-platform paid media expansion (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).
Develop industry-specific ad strategies for better positioning.
Team Development
Train and mentor junior PPC executives/interns.
Build SOPs and campaign checklists to make the department scalable.
Coordinate with designers and copywriters for ad creatives.
Advanced Analytics
Use Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Data Studio for custom dashboards.
Set up conversion funnels and attribution models for accurate ROI tracking.
Regular competitor ad analysis for insights.
Client Communication
Attend client calls (along with Aysha) to present insights & strategy, not just reports.
Create easy-to-read client-facing reports showing impact.
Innovation & Growth
Explore new ad formats (e.g., YouTube Shorts ads, Discovery ads).
Run A/B testing frameworks systematically (not ad-hoc).
Identify upselling opportunities (e.g., suggesting increased ad budgets, or expanding into retargeting campaigns).
