Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven

Google Ads Specialist

to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.). You will play a key role in driving qualified traffic, maximizing ROI, and achieving performance goals through strategic and tactical execution of paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max). Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies. Write compelling ad copy and create high-performing ad creatives in collaboration with the design/content teams. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate. Set up conversion tracking, audience lists, and remarketing strategies using Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Collaborate with landing page designers and developers to improve user experience and conversion rates. Provide detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders regularly.

Requirements:

Proven experience (2+ years) managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.

Google Ads Certification(s) preferred. Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and online consumer behavior. Experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio. Proficiency with A/B testing tools and strategies. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to Have:

Experience with paid advertising on other platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WordPress. Knowledge of SEO and how it complements paid search.
