Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Google Ads Specialist

to join our performance marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid search and display campaigns to drive client success. You will work closely with the strategy and creative teams to deliver high-performing ad campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize

Google Ads campaigns

across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize ROI. Write compelling ad copies and collaborate with the creative team for impactful creatives. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using

Google Analytics & Ads Manager

. Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum performance. Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Stay updated on

Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices

. Prepare performance reports and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience

in Google Ads campaign management. Proven track record of managing

Sales Conversions and e-commerce campaigns

. Strong knowledge of

Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4)

. Proficiency in keyword research tools and competitor analysis. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability. Certification in

Google Ads

preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
