Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Google Ads Setup & Launch Executive to handle the end-to-end setup and launch of Google Ads campaigns. This role is ideal for freshers looking to start a career in paid advertising as well as experienced professionals with hands-on Google Ads setup experience.

Key Responsibilities

Set up Google Ads accounts and campaigns as per business requirements. Create campaign structures, ad groups, keywords, and ad copies. Configure bidding strategies, budgets, locations, and audience targeting. Set up conversion tracking using Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Tag Manager. Review campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy and policy compliance. Launch campaigns and ensure smooth activation without errors. Coordinate with internal teams for campaign inputs and approvals. Maintain proper documentation of campaign setups.
Requirements

Freshers:

Basic knowledge of Google Ads and digital advertising concepts.

Experienced:

6 months to 2 years of experience in Google Ads setup and campaign launch. Understanding of keyword match types, ad formats, and bidding options. Basic knowledge of conversion tracking and analytics. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes. Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills

Google Ads Certification. Experience with lead generation or local business campaigns. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
