We are hiring a

Google Ads Scaling Executive

to help grow and scale Google Ads campaigns. This role is open to

freshers who want to build a career in performance marketing

and

experienced candidates who can scale campaigns efficiently

. Full training will be provided for freshers.

What You'll Do

Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search & Performance Max) Increase budgets while maintaining good performance (CPA / ROAS) Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns Work on keywords, ads, bids, and budgets Analyze data and find growth opportunities Create simple performance reports Learn and apply the latest Google Ads strategies
Who Can Apply

Freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of Google Ads experience Basic understanding of Google Ads (training provided) Interest in digital marketing and performance growth Comfortable working with numbers and data Willing to learn and grow
Skills Required

Google Ads basics (Search Ads) Analytical thinking Google Sheets / Excel (basic) Attention to detail
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Google Ads Certification Internship or project experience Experience in lead generation or eCommerce ads
