Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Google Ads services.
Explain Google Ads offerings, packages, and campaign processes to potential clients.
Convert qualified leads into customers.
Coordinate client onboarding after sales closure.
Provide basic post-sales support and respond to client queries.
Work closely with the Google Ads team for campaign setup and execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions.
Requirements
Freshers:
Graduate with interest in digital marketing or sales.
Experienced:
6 months to 2 years of experience in digital advertising sales or support.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Basic understanding of Google Ads or online advertising is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
Comfortable with phone-based communication.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Google Ads sales, PPC sales, or digital marketing services.
Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
