We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SEM Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions while maintaining a positive ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Video.
Perform keyword research, bid management, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
Write compelling ad copies and test different ad creatives for optimization.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, tools, and algorithm changes.
Generate detailed performance reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Certification in Google Ads (preferred).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Google Analytics and other SEM tools.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Bing Ads or other PPC platforms.
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and integration with SEM strategies.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website optimization.
Familiarity with retargeting and remarketing strategies.
