Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage
Google Ads campaigns
(Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
Execute and optimize
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
for lead generation, traffic, and conversions.
Develop and manage
performance marketing strategies
aligned with business goals.
Conduct
keyword research
, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and A/B test variations.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize
CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
, and conversion rates.
Set up and manage
conversion tracking
(Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel).
Prepare
weekly & monthly performance reports
with actionable insights.
Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams for integrated campaigns.
Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines.
Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
Google Ads & Meta Ads management

Strong understanding of
performance marketing funnels

Experience with
