Position Overview:



We are looking for an experienced

Google Ads Performance Marketer

who has a strong background in running and scaling e-commerce ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

Performance Max (PMax) campaigns, Shopping ads, YouTube ads, and Search ads

to drive conversions and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities



? Plan, execute, and optimize

Google Ads campaigns

across PMax, Shopping, YouTube, Search, and Display.

? Manage

Google Merchant Center

and ensure smooth product feed optimization for Shopping Ads.

? Continuously analyze campaign performance, A/B test creatives, and improve key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR).

? Scale successful campaigns while maintaining strong

profitability and ROAS

.

? Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and video assets.

? Stay up to date with

Google Ads trends, algorithms, and best practices

to maintain a competitive edge.

? Optimize audience targeting using

Google Analytics, GA4, and first-party data

.

? Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for better ad placements and messaging.

? Manage

budgets efficiently

to maximize revenue while keeping costs under control.

Requirements



?

Minimum 2 years of experience

running Google Ads for

e-commerce brands

.

? Proven experience in managing

Performance Max (PMax), Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, and Search campaigns

.

? Strong understanding of

Google Merchant Center

and feed optimization.

? Hands-on experience with

Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, and audience segmentation

.

? Ability to scale ad campaigns profitably and optimize for

high ROAS

.

? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

? Experience with landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.

? Knowledge of creative best practices for

Google Display & YouTube Ads

.

? Self-motivated, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications



? Experience with

third-party automation tools

for Google Ads.

? Prior experience working with DTC or marketplace-focused brands.

Pay: ₹40,438.42 - ₹50,226.98 per month
