Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled

Google Ads Optimization Expert

to enhance the performance of active campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, improving ad relevance, and increasing ROI through strategic adjustments. This role requires deep familiarity with Google Ads mechanics and a results-first mindset.

We prioritize hands-on expertise and campaign outcomes over certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Audit and optimize live Google Ads campaigns for better performance Adjust bidding strategies, keyword targeting, ad copy, and audience segmentation Improve Quality Scores and reduce wasted ad spend Optimize campaign structure for Search, Display, Google Shopping, and Performance Max Collaborate with creative and technical teams to align ads and landing pages Report on campaign changes and their impact using Google Ads and Google Analytics

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns Strong understanding of bidding models, ad rank, Quality Score, and conversion tracking Proven track record of improving campaign performance and ROI Familiarity with Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ecommerce or lead-generation campaigns Knowledge of Google Merchant Center and Performance Max Comfortable with ad testing frameworks (A/B testing, responsive ad formats)
