Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements
Strategy & Execution:
Develop full-funnel ad strategies aligned with business goals
Perform keyword and audience research to refine targeting
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
Generate actionable insights and performance reports
Recommend optimizations based on data trends and KPIs
Innovation & Growth:
o Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends
o Explore emerging ad platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn) as needed
o Contribute to quarterly planning and performance reviews
Qualifications
1-2 years of hands-on, proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
Excellent copywriting and ad creative ideation skills
Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B campaigns is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
