Google Ads Management Expert
to join our Performance Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing complete Google Ads campaigns to ensure the highest possible Return on Investment (ROI) for our clients.
This role requires hands-on experience in managing Search Ads, Display Ads, Discovery Ads, Retargeting Ads, Shopping Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of Google Ads performance for assigned clients.
Strategize and execute end-to-end Google Ads marketing plans.
Plan, execute, and optimize various ad types including:
Search Ads
Display Ads
Retargeting Campaigns
Discovery Ads
YouTube Ads
Shopping Ads
Develop and manage promotions to maximize ROI.
Experiment with new tactics, analyze performance, and share insights internally.
Conduct competitor analysis, search-term research, and build cross-competitor campaigns.
Manage Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns across Google and Bing.
Write compelling ad copies and optimize creatives.
Use analytics and lead tracking tools for continuous campaign improvement.
Create and test PPC landing pages; collaborate with designers and developers when needed.
Monitor performance, prepare reports, and assess results against ROI and KPIs.
Build and implement media buying strategies for Google and social media.
Perform landing page URL analysis for relevancy and ranking.
Manage product feed generation for Shopify, WordPress, and BigCommerce websites on Google Merchant Center.
Create presentations, reports, and performance analyses for clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in PPC advertising and Google Ads campaign management.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, SEM, and basic SEO.
Experience managing high-budget SEM campaigns.
Google Ads Certification preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to write effective, high-converting ad copies.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional numerical and analytical skills; advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience in e-commerce marketing for online portals.
Knowledge of UTM tagging and data tracking.
Educational Requirements
UG:
Any Graduate
PG:
Any Postgraduate (Preferred in Marketing or Digital Marketing)
A degree in Digital Marketing or related field is a plus.
