Job Description

We are seeking a performance-focused Google Ads Growth Executive to support the growth of client accounts through effective campaign execution, optimization, and performance analysis. This role is open to both freshers eager to learn paid advertising and experienced professionals looking to scale results-driven Google Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve leads, conversions, and ROI. Identify growth opportunities through keyword expansion, bid optimization, and audience targeting. Analyze campaign data including CTR, CPC, conversions, and CPA to improve performance. Create and test ad copies to increase engagement and conversion rates. Implement budget and bidding adjustments to maximize campaign efficiency. Track conversions and ensure accurate performance measurement. Prepare regular performance updates and insights. Stay updated with Google Ads features, trends, and best practices.
Requirements

Freshers:

Basic understanding of Google Ads, SEM concepts, and digital marketing.

Experienced:

6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with data and performance metrics. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills

Google Ads Certification. Experience with lead generation or growth-focused campaigns. Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
