Role Overview

We are looking for a

Google Ads Expert

with proven, hands-on experience managing and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns. You'll take full ownership of strategy, execution, and performance improvement across Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.

We're interested in what you've built, optimized, and scaled--not just in certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and perform A/B testing to improve performance Monitor budgets, bids, and quality scores to maximize ROI Analyze performance data and present actionable insights Work with internal teams (design, analytics, development) to align campaigns with business goals Stay up-to-date with Google Ads best practices and feature updates

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on Google Ads experience Proficiency in campaign setup, bid strategy, ad copy creation, and conversion tracking Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting tools Familiarity with ecommerce, lead generation, or B2B/B2C campaign types Ability to manage multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Google Ads, Performance Max, and Shopping campaigns Familiarity with Google Merchant Center, Tag Manager, or automation tools Agency or client-facing experience is a plus
