Sr. Performance Marketing Manager / Director - Brand Strategy
About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing
Google Ads Expert
to architect and manage high-impact campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. You will be responsible for driving the digital growth of our premier brands:
Savitar Realty, GoGoTrips, HotelXplore, and TrustXplore.
The ideal candidate is a "Search Specialist" who understands the nuances of high-intent keyword structures, conversion tracking, and scaling ROI. If you are data-obsessed and know how to turn a click into a high-quality lead, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Funnel Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, PMAX, Discovery, and YouTube.
Keyword Mastery:
Build and maintain sophisticated keyword structures, focusing on high-intent, competitor, location-based, and long-tail strategies.
Technical Setup:
Take full ownership of conversion tracking, GTM (Google Tag Manager) events, and enhanced conversions; troubleshoot technical tracking issues independently.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor daily account health to reduce CPL and improve lead quality. Conduct rigorous A/B testing on bidding strategies, match types, and ad creatives.
Landing Page Strategy:
Collaborate with designers and developers to improve the Landing Page Experience and Quality Scores.
Analytics & Insights:
Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to build detailed dashboards. Analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) to provide actionable growth plans.
Market Intelligence:
Stay ahead of industry trends and perform deep-dive competitor ad analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
1.5 - 4 years of hands-on experience specifically in Google Ads (Full Stack: Search, Display, PMax, YouTube).
Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of bidding methods (tCPA, tROAS, Maximize Conversions), audience segmentation, and the Google Ads auction ecosystem.
Analytics Proficiency:
Strong command over
GA4
and
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
.
Industry Background:
Previous experience running campaigns for
Real Estate, Travel, or E-commerce
is highly preferred.
Analytical Mindset:
Ability to handle large budgets with high accountability and a focus on measurable ROI.
Communication:
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, content, and web development teams.
