We're hiring a Google Ads Expert to manage high-performance campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max for our brands - Savitar Realty, GoGoTrips, HotelXplore, TrustXplore, and future digital products.
This role requires deep expertise in paid search strategy, campaign optimisation, keyword planning, tracking setup, and performance analysis.
You will be responsible for driving quality leads, improving conversion rates, and scaling ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
-Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, PMAX, Discovery, YouTube, Retargeting).
-Build strong keyword structures: high-intent, competitor, location-based, long-tail, and dynamic targeting.
-Set up conversion tracking, GTM events, enhanced conversions, and troubleshoot tech issues.
-Create and test ad copies, extensions, landing page suggestions, and offer variations. Performance Optimisation Monitor daily performance and implement quick optimisations to reduce CPL & improve quality.
-Conduct A/B tests for bidding strategies, match types, audiences, and creatives.
-Improve landing page experience by sharing insights with designers and developers.
-Build full-funnel strategies for Real Estate, Travel, and Tech-focused campaigns. Analytics & Reporting Analyse KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, CVR, Quality Score).
-Prepare weekly & monthly performance dashboards with insights and action plans.
-Use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for detailed reporting. ----Research & Competitor Insights Conduct keyword research, industry trend analysis, competitive ad analysis.
-Identify new opportunities for scaling campaigns and improving cost efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-3-7 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search + Display + PMax + YouTube). -----Strong understanding of: Keyword strategies Bidding methods (CPA, Maximize Conversions, ROAS, Manual) Conversion tracking & analytics Audience segmentation -------Experience running high-budget campaigns and delivering measurable results.
-Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
-Experience in Real Estate, Travel, or E-commerce campaigns (preferred).
-Ability to collaborate with creative, SEO, and landing page teams.
