Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Expert (Freelancer) to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up, monitoring, and refining Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, increase conversions, and achieve strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

Understand client goals, target audience, and business objectives Create effective PPC strategies tailored to individual client needs Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
2. Campaign Setup & Management

Set up Google Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max campaigns Structure ad groups, select relevant keywords, and write compelling ad copies Manage bidding strategies, budget allocations, and audience targeting
3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, etc.) Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance and reduce costs
4. Conversion Tracking & Analytics

Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, or native integrations Analyze user behavior and funnel performance Provide recommendations based on data insights
5. Reporting & Client Communication

Deliver clear, concise performance reports (weekly or monthly) Provide strategic insights and explain optimizations to clients Recommend budget scaling or adjustments based on results
6. Staying Up to Date

Keep current with Google Ads policy updates, trends, and beta features Continuously test and implement new features to enhance performance Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (minimum 3-5 years) Google Ads Certification preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio Excellent communication and reporting skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
