We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Google Ads Executive to plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. If you're hands-on with Google Ads, love optimizing numbers, and stay updated with the latest PPC trends -- we'd love to talk.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
Conduct detailed keyword research, write compelling ad copies, and run A/B tests regularly.
Monitor daily performance, analyze trends, and report insights with clarity.
Manage budgets efficiently and optimize bids for ROAS or CPA targets.
Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and related tools.
Stay on top of Google Ads updates and apply relevant changes to improve performance.
Requirements
1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of campaign structure, match types, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
Comfortable with Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio (basic reporting).
Ability to spot trends, act on data, and explain performance in simple terms.
Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or Shopping) is a plus.
Bonus: Experience with YouTube or Performance Max campaigns.
