We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven
Google Ads Executive
to join our growing team at Fx Retina. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-budget Lead Generation & D2C/E-commerce campaigns and optimizing them for maximum ROAS.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with clients and manage the complete onboarding process, including gathering business details, gaining access to or creating Google Ads assets, and understanding the client's business to develop a tailored strategy and execution plan.
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for Lead Generation, D2C, and E-commerce clients.
Manage ad budgets of at least
?70,000-?90,000 per client per month
. (This is the minimum; candidates with experience handling higher budgets--especially scaling clients from low budgets to
?10-12 lakhs/month
--will be preferred.)
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, best practices, and policy changes.

Digital Marketing Agency experience: Minimum 1 year.
Candidates must be actively working with their current agency. We prioritize those who are currently employed over those who are on a notice period or have been unemployed for an extended time.
Proven track record of managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns (Lead Generation & D2C).
Must be managing a minimum of
10-12 clients
running Google Ads Lead Generation & D2C campaigns.
Experience working with clients in industries such as
D2C, real estate, clinics, hospitals, healthcare, or B2B businesses
is preferred.
Strong understanding of all important
, and other measurement tools.
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Strong understanding and execution skills for
conversion tracking setup
, including Tag Manager, custom events, and server-side tracking (preferred).
